Nghia Tru High School is an education project proposed for investment by DEOCA Group, with its investment policy approved by Hung Yen Provincial People’s Committee on July 9, 2026. The project is envisioned as a model socialist-oriented high school in Vietnam, pioneering the study and application of the PPP++ model to mobilize and integrate resources from various sectors for investment, operation and educational development.
The project is planned on an area of approximately 6.9 hectares, comprising the school campus and connecting infrastructure. With a capacity of 30 classes, the school is designed to accommodate approximately 1,350 students. Key facilities include classroom buildings, an administration building, a library, an arts center, a multi-purpose sports hall, a swimming pool, outdoor sports facilities, a career guidance center, STEM learning spaces, AI and Robotics facilities, together with a fully integrated technical infrastructure system.
Upon completion, Nghia Tru High School is expected to become a modern education model that strengthens linkages between general education, vocational education, higher education, and enterprises. The project will contribute to developing high-quality human resources while laying the groundwork for further research and broader application of the PPP++ model in Vietnam’s education sector.
